AGING
Aged for 18 to 24 months in medium-toasted French and American oak barrels. The winemaking team determines the exact aging time based on the wine's evolution. The process concludes with 6 months of bottle aging.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Intense carmine red with terracotta highlights.
Nose: Complex and highly elegant, with aromas of ripe fruits like figs, plums, and dates,
complemented by roses, cashews, wood, and forest notes.
Palate: Elegant, powerful, and fleshy. Features sweet, exceptionally rounded tannins that
provide substantial body, with aromas of lavender, vanilla, caramel, roses, carnations, oak, pepper, cinnamon, chocolate, blueberries, blackberries, and plums. The finish is long and pleasurable.

Serving temperature: 17 - 18 °C.
Food Pairing: Ideal with well-marbled red meats, lamb, goat, and game such as venison or wild boar. Perfect with barbecue, adobos, moles like manchamanteles or asado de bodas, BBQ
ribs, confit duck, and fresh cheeses.
