Viñedos Orgánicos Casa Madero

Sustainable Viticulture

Since 2008, Casa Madero has embraced organic viticulture as a commitment to soil health and environmental balance.

Following a four-year transition to restore the land and eliminate chemical residues, we became in 2012 the first vineyard in Mexico to receive organic certification from BCS KIWA Öko Garantie under the USDA National Organic Program.

Today, we continue to nurture our vineyards using only natural inputs approved for organic agriculture—enriching the soil with compost, promoting biodiversity through cover crops, and protecting the vine with botanical extracts and natural minerals. Through these practices, we honor the terroir that has sustained Casa Madero for centuries.

Certificación Vegana

Casa Madero is the first Mexican winery to hold V-Label certification, Europe’s most widely recognized seal guaranteeing that all of our wines are 100% vegan.

This certification confirms that, at every stage of production, only plant-based ingredients are used, avoiding any substances or additives of animal origin to ensure clean, responsible processes.

True to our commitment to sustainability and excellence, we craft authentic, conscious wines for those who seek to enjoy and choose with purpose.

Quinta Manuelita

Founded in 1902 by Don Evaristo Madero, Quinta Manuelita provides housing, education, and medical care to girls from underserved communities in Parras, Coahuila.

Today, it continues its mission as a place of growth and hope for more than 20 girls and over 400 scholarship students across preschool, elementary, and middle school levels, with the ongoing support of Casa Madero.

Capacitación Continua Casa Madero

Wine Culture

At Casa Madero, we believe that knowledge is an essential part of the art of wine. For this reason, we actively promote professional education in Mexican wine culture through training programs for servers, sommeliers, chefs, managers, and brand ambassadors—strengthening the skills of those who share our passion for wine and elevating the experience in every glass.
